Java Developer

The company provides software engineering services, digital platform engineering, and product design, focusing on building integrated AI ecosystems and enterprise solutions.

• Build the React chat frontend as the primary interface for service request submission;
• Develop the central Frontdesk Agent for user intent classification and routing;
• Design and maintain the ETL pipeline for ServiceNow Service Catalog metadata;
• Index metadata into AWS Bedrock Knowledge Bases and ensure data currency;
• Implement and maintain a reusable agent framework including capability templates and prompt scaffolding;
• Develop individual agents for specific catalog items with ServiceNow API integration;
• Instrument agent interactions and LLM calls using OpenTelemetry and Dynatrace;
• Maintain high standards of code quality, testability, and documentation;
• Lead and mentor team members and guide architectural decisions.

• 6+ Years of experience in software engineering including 2+ years in a technical leadership role;
• Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js;
• Practical experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, KMS);
• Solid grounding in LLM/AI engineering fundamentals (prompt design, RAG pipelines, agentic patterns, tool use, LLM evaluation);
• Hands-on experience with Spring AI LLM orchestration framework or similar;
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock AgentCore and Knowledge Bases or similar managed RAG/vector services;
• Experience with Docker, Git, Terraform, and GitHub Actions;
• Ability to make decisions, resolve ambiguity, and work independently;
• English proficiency at B2+ level or above;
• Nice to have: React.JS, Python, ServiceNow Service Catalog.
