Java Developer

• Lead the technical development and architecture of the AI marketplace platform;
• Partner with the front-end developer to ensure seamless integration between backend and frontend systems;
• Evaluate and decide on key technologies and architectural approaches;
• Collaborate with the team to solve complex software challenges;
• Rapidly iterate on ideas and evolve the product based on feedback;
• Handle simple front-end development tasks;
• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions using Java;
• Lead the implementation of business-critical features powered by AI;
• Contribute to all phases of the AI Software Development Life Cycle, including solution design, prompt engineering, model integration, evaluation, monitoring, deployment, and continuous improvement;
• Stay updated on the latest trends in Java and AI technologies.

• 5+ Years of experience in backend development with Kotlin or Java;
• Proven experience implementing the AI Software Development Life Cycle with a maturity level of 2.5+;
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience;
• Expertise in ReactJS and TypeScript;
• Strong background in building scalable, maintainable software platforms;
• Proficiency in working independently in a lead role;
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders;
• Qualifications in solution design, prompt engineering, and model integration;
• Familiarity with the evaluation, monitoring, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI solutions;
• English B2+;
• Nice to have: Understanding of Gen AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
