- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent;
- 6-8 Years of experience in Java development;
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot;
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD;
- Mandatory experience in the banking or financial services sector;
- Experience working in large enterprise environments;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
