• Lead strategic planning and execution of prioritized Data & Advanced Analytics solutions with business and product owners;
• Architect and develop enterprise-wide data and analytics frameworks, libraries, and reusable components;
• Design and implement secure, best-practice data integration strategies to enable seamless data flow across systems;
• Ensure data availability and accessibility by building stable, scalable, and modular data science pipelines;
• Oversee acquisition, ingestion, processing, and optimization of multi-source data into the Azure cloud data platform;
• Partner with stakeholders to model data landscapes, obtain extracts, define secure data exchange methods, and promote a data-driven culture;
• Map data fields to hypotheses and curate high-quality data inputs for advanced analytical models;
• Ensure compliance with Information Security, Cyber Security, Validation, and Data Privacy requirements;
• Innovate and implement automation solutions using modern cloud technologies to improve operational efficiency;
• Provide lateral leadership and coordinate activities with Data Engineers, Cloud Architects, DevOps, and MLOps experts, and oversee external service providers;
• Mentor and guide junior architects and data engineers;
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data architecture, cloud solutions, and operational procedures.

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field;
• 6–8+ Years of relevant experience, preferably in Pharma/MedTech/Healthcare;
• Proven ability to handle structured, semi-structured and unstructured data and link datasets for analysis;
• Strong programming skills (Python preferred; JavaScript, Scala or Java acceptable);
• Experience with distributed processing and big-data tools (Spark, Hadoop/EMR) and data warehousing/ETL (preferably ADF);
• Proficiency across database technologies: RDBMS (MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL), MPP platforms (Snowflake, Redshift) and NoSQL stores (CosmosDB, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra, graph DBs);
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms and services (Azure preferred) and proven cloud architecture experience;
• Infrastructure as Code experience (preferably Terraform) and strong information-security awareness;
• Strong business acumen, analytical and creative problem-solving skills;
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication skills;
• Fluency in English.
