Wallet in Telegram is a digital asset solution natively embedded into the Telegram interface. It provides a dual-wallet experience, including a multi-chain crypto wallet for trading and a self-custodial wallet for accessing the TON ecosystem of dApps and tokens.

• Build, lead, and scale the Data Engineering team, including hiring, performance management, and technical growth;
• Define and execute the long-term vision for the data platform across DWH, ingestion, transformation, streaming, and serving layers;
• Own architectural decisions, platform scaling, and reliability;
• Apply AI and LLMs to automate pipeline development, data quality, anomaly detection, and schema management;
• Build internal AI tools for natural language data querying and exploration;
• Own marketing data infrastructure, including pipelines for attribution, segmentation, and campaign optimization;
• Build and scale low-latency infrastructure for trading, payments, and risk-critical workloads;
• Establish standards for data quality, lineage, observability, SLAs, and governance;
• Partner with Analytics, ML, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams to provide a self-service, well-governed platform.

• Proven track record of building and managing robust DWH architectures;
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of engineers and analysts;
• Deep understanding of ClickHouse, dbt, and modern data engineering practices;
• Understanding of marketing technology and experience in automating analytics to drive growth;
• Forward-thinking mindset with a practical interest in applying AI/LLMs to analytical and operational workflows;
• Experience in or a strong passion for the Crypto/FinTech industry;
• English for work and communication.
