How We Think and Build

Make the Complex Simple: We work on difficult problems, but complexity is not a sign of sophistication. The best solution is usually the one that removes complexity while preserving what matters.

Think Before You Build: We value speed, but not reflex. Before acting, we define the problem, question the assumptions and understand the trade-offs. Then we commit and execute decisively.

Build Systems, Not Patches: We design code, products and company processes as clear, independent modules. Each part should have a defined purpose and clean boundaries, so it can evolve without making the wider system harder to understand.

You will fit in here if you think from first principles, care about the quality of your reasoning and enjoy turning complicated problems into simple, durable systems.

You'll work closely with our Head of Product and Head of AI. You'll be expected to be comfortable across the full stack - AI, backend and frontend - and move between them as the product demands. We're a small team, so versatility matters more than specialisation right now.

• You’ve shipped impactful products before.
• You don't mind flying solo and getting your hands dirty early on, but you know exactly how to scale an architecture to a team as we grow.
• You’re sharp, curious, and energized by complex, ambiguous problems rather than comfortable, predictable ones.
• Experience building real-time audio or developer-facing API platforms is a massive plus.
