• Develop and maintain end-to-end automated tests using the existing Go-based framework;
• Extend and improve the internal test automation framework;
• Automate load testing and validation pipelines;
• Take ownership of the Go SDK and its supporting ecosystem, including test suites, load-testing frameworks, health checks, and developer tooling;
• Provide automation tooling for use by backend developers, managers, and QA;
• Automate testing processes to integrate functional, load, and health check coverage into CI/CD;
• Solve complex engineering problems, perform deep root-cause analysis, and debug unfamiliar code.

• 3+ Years of hands-on Golang development experience;
• Strong understanding of Go concurrency, including goroutines, channels, synchronization, and race condition management;
• Solid grasp of modern Go idioms, including context.Context, generics, error handling, and structured logging;
• Experience with gRPC and streaming RPCs;
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP, UDP, HTTP/2, and TLS;
• Strong testing expertise, including table-driven tests, race detector, fuzzing, and deterministic testing;
• Performance-oriented mindset with experience in profiling and tuning using pprof, benchmarks, and execution tracer;
• Familiarity with Prometheus metrics and instrumentation;
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day development;
• Nice to have: Experience designing and maintaining public SDKs or libraries, experience with audio stream processing, familiarity with SIP and telephony systems.
