• Develop and maintain microservices, including creating new ones in Go;
• Integrate with external systems and develop APIs;
• Design and optimize database schemas;
• Handle containerization and orchestration;
• Ensure code quality;
• Monitor and log system performance;
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and business analysts;
• Perform performance and security testing;
• Maintain documentation.

• 3+ Years of commercial Go development experience, including participation in banking or fintech projects;
• Strong knowledge of Go standard libraries (net/http, context, sync, io, encoding/json, protobuf);
• Experience in developing high-load and fault-tolerant services;
• Proficiency in profiling and performance optimization tools (pprof, benchmark);
• Hands-on experience with concurrency (goroutines, channels, sync primitives);
• Experience in building clean architecture (DDD, Hexagonal, Layered Architecture);
• Experience in designing and developing REST / gRPC APIs;
• Knowledge of communication protocols (HTTP/2, WebSockets, Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS);
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems principles (CAP theorem, eventual consistency, idempotency);
• Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra);
• Experience in query optimization, replication, sharding, and transactions;
• Knowledge of ORM frameworks and database migration tools (GORM, sqlx, migrate);
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm;
• Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins);
• Experience in implementing logging, monitoring, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry);
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Yandex Cloud, Azure);
• English level from Intermediate+;
• Nice to have: Experience in banking or fintech projects.
