The company operates an online casino and sportsbook platform built on a microservices architecture.

Lead a small engineering team;
Own platform architecture and technical roadmap;
Design, develop, and review Golang microservices;
Work on changes and upgrade plans;
Manage AWS infrastructure, deployments, and platform scalability;
Oversee integrations with game providers, payment systems, and third-party services;
Establish and enforce engineering standards, development processes, and code quality;
Implement strict security policies covering access control, secrets management, infrastructure hardening, secure coding practices, monitoring, and incident response;
Ensure platform stability, performance, and high availability.

8+ Years of Golang development experience;
Experience with microservices architectures in production environments;
Strong AWS, Docker, API, database, and DevOps knowledge;
Hands-on technical leadership experience;
Security-focused mindset;
Ability to balance architecture, delivery, and team management;
English B2;
Nice to have: PHP experience, direct iGaming experience including casino, sportsbook, wallet, payments, bonuses, CRM, VIP, tournaments, jackpots, or affiliate systems.
