Golang developer in high-load systems

We are looking for a Golang Developer to join our team.

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve cloud-native backend services using Go (Golang), ensuring their quality, scalability and reliability;
• Develop and evolve microservices-based architectures, ensuring the performance and resilience of solutions;
• Design, develop and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient communication between backend services and frontend components;
• Collaborate with frontend developers, Product Owners, architects and other stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions;
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to decisions related to the architecture, design and implementation of solutions;
• Ensure code quality by carrying out tests, code reviews and debugging, and applying software development best practices;
• Identify and resolve defects, analyze technical issues and implement performance improvements in developed services;
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient and reliable access to and processing of information;
• Develop and run applications in containerized environments using Docker;
• Collaborate in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and adopting DevOps practices;
• Contribute to the development of cloud-native solutions, with the possibility of working with Microsoft Azure services and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes;
• Join Agile/Scrum teams, actively participating in ceremonies and contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes;
• Collaborate with international and multidisciplinary teams to develop new features and evolve a digital platform used by customers worldwide.

• Higher education in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a relevant field, or equivalent experience and education;
• More than 2 years of professional experience developing applications with Go (Golang);
• More than 2 years of overall experience in backend software development;
• Experience developing and maintaining microservices-based applications;
• Experience designing, developing and consuming RESTful APIs;
• Solid knowledge of Docker and application development in containerized environments;
• Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases;
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including testing, debugging, code reviews and version control with Git;
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or SAFe;
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
