Design, build, deploy, and maintain services that handle financial transactions
Own the reliability of services in production
Co-own service architecture, resilience, and scalability in line with Domain-Driven Design principles
Lead design discussions, anticipate risks, and mentor less experienced engineers
Drive continuous improvement by fixing flaky CI, running post-mortems, and sharing learnings across the team
Contribute to discovery, make technical decisions, build and release solutions, monitor production performance, and raise quality standards
Share knowledge, shape technical standards, and improve developer experience through the Backend Guild
требования
Strong backend engineering experience, including exposure to large-scale web application architecture and real production constraints
Ability to transfer skills quickly and work with technologies similar to the company’s stack
Write tests, set up monitoring, handle incidents methodically, and perform root cause analysis
Track impact after release, flag regressions, and improve work within your scope independently
Work comfortably in squad teams with PMs, Designers, and engineers across other stacks
Fluent English
