• 5+ Years of backend engineering experience with production-level Go;
• Proven track record of integrating with external APIs in financial services;
• Strong foundation in system design and TDD;
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis in high-availability environments;
• Familiarity with Agile practices;
• Security-conscious mindset with knowledge of OWASP;
• English B2;
• Nice to have: Prior experience in FinTech, already located in Cyprus.
