Leading end-to-end feature delivery together with Product/QA/DevOps teams — you own the feature through design, implementation, tests, review and production
Building Go services for the new platform, plus Java features and integrations on the existing one
Designing scalable solutions for complex business problems and contributing to technical architecture decisions
Writing maintainable well-tested code with Claude Code
Participating in manual and AI code reviews and providing constructive feedback
Monitoring and maintaining production systems
Implementing best practices for security and performance
требования
5+ years of backend engineering, including 3+ years of production Go
Genuine willingness to work in Java - roughly half the work is Java on a legacy codebase
Experience developing new features and architecting a codebase
Daily use of AI coding tools, with full ownership and review of everything that ships
Prior experience working remotely in a distributed team
Fluent in Russian (C1) and English (B2) - both verbal and written
Experience in fintech or banking sectors
Будет плюсом: Experience with Java and Spring Boot (or Vert.x); Experience with Vue 3 — the frontend of the new platform; Experience with Kubernetes, NATS or Kafka; Experience with more than one programming language
