Xsolla is a global commerce company providing tools and services for the video game industry. It helps developers fund, distribute, market, and monetize games, acting as a merchant of record for over 1,500 partners worldwide.

• Design and ship flows for seamless movement between traditional accounts and on-chain wallets;
• Build systems for item minting, ownership, transfer, trading, and redemption;
• Deliver end-to-end features across wallet-connected frontends, backend services, and smart contract/indexing layers;
• Design data models and APIs for uniform item representation across off-chain and on-chain environments;
• Ensure reliability of value flows through idempotency, reconciliation, and replay safety;
• Interact with EVM chains, token standards, and marketplace settlement flows;
• Collaborate with product, security, and payments teams to define technical plans.

• Hands-on experience bridging traditional systems with on-chain ones, including account abstraction and gasless transactions;
• Working knowledge of EVM chains and Solidity;
• Practical understanding of ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155 standards;
• Experience maintaining consistency between blockchain state and off-chain databases;
• Strong TypeScript and React skills;
• Experience with wallet connectivity and web3 client libraries;
• Solid backend skills in Node.js and Go;
• Experience with distributed systems and failure modes;
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and message streaming (Kafka or NATS);
• Experience in the gaming industry;
• Nice to have: Experience building NFT marketplaces, familiarity with blockchain indexing tooling, experience with account abstraction (ERC-4337), background in payments or fiat on-ramp integration, experience with non-EVM ecosystems, familiarity with security and compliance for digital assets, contributions to open-source web3 projects, experience with modern AI coding tools.
