• Design, develop, test, and deploy new features;
• Follow software craftsmanship and DevOps best practices;
• Provide production support, bug fixes, and enhancements;
• Contribute to release management and CI/CD pipelines;
• Create and maintain technical documentation;
• Collaborate within the Dev Chapter and across teams;
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies with three-week sprints;
• Build and enhance business-critical applications using a “you build it, you run it” approach;
• Collaborate with international colleagues across France and India.

• Have 5+ years of professional experience as a developer;
• Be more backend oriented, with backend work accounting for 70% of the role;
• Have strong skills in Java 17+, Spring Framework including Boot and Batch, Angular 15+, and SQL;
• Have database knowledge of Oracle or PostgreSQL;
• Have experience with hexagonal architecture;
• Be familiar with CI/CD and Dev tools including GIT, Docker, and Kubernetes;
• Have expertise in craftsmanship practices including TDD, BDD, Clean Code, and SOLID principles;
• Combine technical expertise, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• Be fluent in English.
