Spotware Systems develops a payment cashier, a consumer trading client area, and broker back-office products.

• Reengineer the existing PHP backend of the payment cashier into a market-ready product by refactoring and extending it, not rewriting it from scratch
• Build and maintain the React frontends for a consumer trading client area and broker-facing back-office tools
• Assemble screens from a shared component library and grow it together with the product designer
• Work from the analyst’s specifications and agree API contracts with backend developers
• Estimate and plan work with the team, then deliver against agreed plans
• Maintain release quality together with QA
• Use AI-assisted development as the default way of working on both the PHP and React sides
• Maintain current product versions until the new ones fully replace them

• 5+ Years of production development with strong PHP experience; comfortable working in an existing codebase, modernizing it, and bringing it to product quality
• Solid React experience; TypeScript is welcome
• Experience building consumer web apps and data-heavy admin interfaces from a component library
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and event flows
• Ability to work within a strict component system and extend it deliberately
• Uses AI coding tools as the default for producing and reviewing code, with sound judgment about their limits
• Self-sufficient and reliable owner of their area; prioritizes well, communicates trade-offs early, and escalates before deadlines slip
