Fullstack Developer

Soverin develops software and digital products through technology and IT consulting services.

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails backend code and dynamic frontend features;
• Help shape the technical architecture to ensure application performance, responsiveness, and scalability;
• Partner with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to translate functional requirements into clean technical solutions;
• Participate in code reviews, write automated tests using RSpec or Minitest, and promote software engineering best practices;
• Identify bottlenecks, debug bugs, and optimize application performance and security.

• Proven experience developing web applications with Ruby on Rails;
• Solid knowledge of modern JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Hotwire/Stimulus;
• Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and ORM tools such as ActiveRecord;
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as RSpec and Git version control;
• Proactive, self-starter attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Nice to have: cloud infrastructure with AWS, GCP, or Heroku, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Hotwire, Turbo, or StimulusJS in a modern Rails stack.
