Fullstack Developer

Cape.io is a global technology company that provides an intelligent campaign automation platform for the advertising industry. • Design, build, and ship full-stack features from initial idea through to production and support;
• Utilize Claude Code and agentic workflows as a core part of engineering practice;
• Review and verify AI-generated code to ensure standards for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability;
• Develop and maintain front ends in React and TypeScript, and backend services in C# / .NET;
• Build, deploy, and operate event-driven, serverless services on AWS using Infrastructure as Code;
• Model, query, and optimize relational and NoSQL data stores;
• Champion clean code, automated testing, and continuous delivery;
• Mentor and support other engineers through pairing, code review, and knowledge sharing;
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions;
• Stay current with advances in AI-assisted engineering and evolve team workflows.

• 5+ Years of commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role;
• Strong front-end engineering skills with React and TypeScript;
• Solid experience with state management (Redux / Redux Toolkit), Material-UI, and CSS-in-JS;
• Strong backend development in C# / .NET;
• Deep, hands-on AWS experience in an event-driven, serverless architecture;
• Current proficiency with Claude Code or comparable agentic coding tools in production environments;
• Practical understanding of working with LLMs and AI agents in the software lifecycle;
• Strong database skills across relational and NoSQL technologies;
• Commitment to engineering quality, including TDD, automated testing, and CI/CD;
• Security-minded approach with knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OWASP Top 10;
• Experience with Git and Agile methodologies;
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor engineers;
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
• Eligible to work in the UK;
• Nice to have: Experience configuring agentic developer tooling, experience with high-volume media processing pipelines or video tooling, a visible learning footprint, experience designing evaluations for AI/LLM features, media or AdTech experience.
