Full stack developer for web applications

Join Amaris Consulting’s Information System & Digital team in Lisbon and contribute to the development of web applications in an agile, international, and multicultural environment. As a Full Stack Java Developer, you will design, develop, optimize, and maintain software solutions while ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and security.

• Design and implement new features for web applications using Java and Angular.
• Optimize and maintain existing code to improve performance and reliability.
• Develop and optimize SQL procedures for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
• Integrate applications with enterprise systems using best practices.
• Implement unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to refactoring and performance improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support product delivery across environments.

• 3+ years of professional experience in Java development, including microservices.
• Experience with Java 21, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Angular, and transactional SQL.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Gradle, Maven, JUnit 5, and Mockito.
• Knowledge of Hibernate or other ORM tools, design patterns, and cloud-based development.
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Informatics, or a related field.
• English fluent.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in an agile multicultural environment.

• Gross Annual Salary (Range €27,500 – €38,000)
• Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).
