• Develop and operate scalable backend solutions and APIs based on Python and Azure;
• Integrate AI functionality into modern applications using OpenAI APIs or Azure OpenAI Services;
• Own the development and operation of cloud and DevOps structures, including CI/CD, deployments, and automation;
• Develop and operate secure web applications and role-based access and authorization concepts;
• Lead a small development team and coordinate collaboration with international stakeholders.

• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a comparable technical field focused on software development, cloud, or IT;
• Have at least 5 years of professional experience developing modern software solutions;
• Have strong practical experience with Python, Microsoft Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes;
• Have experience building and operating cloud-native applications;
• Have experience developing and deploying AI-based solutions using modern LLM and OpenAI technologies;
• Speak fluent English;
• Demonstrate an agile, curious, ambitious, engaged, and team-oriented mindset.
