full stack developer for supervisory services

The team develops and innovates services for the Supervision division, supporting statutory duties and making processes more efficient and robust.

• Develop and maintain scalable applications and integrations using Microsoft Azure, .NET, Python, and cloud-native architecture principles
• Develop integrations between DNB systems and external platforms using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and event-driven architecture
• Build connections with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Mijn DNB, Azure platform services, and other business-critical systems
• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps using YAML, Bicep, and Infrastructure as Code principles
• Write high-quality software using Clean Architecture, Domain Driven Design, SOLID, and layered architecture
• Ensure software quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, code reviews, security scans, and automated quality checks
• Work with modern data sources and select suitable storage technologies, including Azure Cosmos DB, SQL databases, and event stores
• Support the team in analyzing and resolving incidents, performance issues, and complex disruptions across the application chain
• Coordinate work with other DevOps teams, architects, and suppliers, and ensure consistent integration patterns
• Apply API design, API management, and integration patterns for SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft platforms
• Use DevOps, GitOps, CI/CD, and Spec-Driven Development methods
• Explore and use Generative AI and AI-assisted software development to improve software quality and development speed
• Improve development standards, software design guidelines, and engineering practices across the organization
• Use Renovate or similar dependency management tools to keep software components current and secure
• Deliver user stories and resolve incidents as part of the team
• Propose solutions for disruptions and application-chain support issues

• At least 10 years of relevant developer experience in a Microsoft .NET and C# environment
• At least 8 years of experience developing APIs on Azure with .NET
• At least 8 years of demonstrable experience developing applications on Azure
• At least 8 years of relevant experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD
• At least 5 years of relevant experience working in Agile teams
• At least 3 years of experience with Azure Cosmos DB and Azure SQL
• At least 3 years of experience with Angular
• At least 3 years of experience developing APIs with Azure API Management
• At least 3 years of experience creating end-to-end tests with Playwright
• At least 3 years of experience with OpenTelemetry observability
• At least 1 year of experience with Python and Delta Lake
• Academic or higher professional education level
• Good written and spoken Dutch or English
• Access to an MS Visual Studio license
• A valid Microsoft Azure AZ-900 (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals) certification

• ZZP contractors set their own hourly rate, subject to the client’s maximum; the rate includes All About Work’s 10% fee and excludes VAT
