• Take ownership of features from concept through deployment;
• Work closely with designers, developers, and engineers to translate ideas into working solutions;
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using the core stack;
• Build responsive and performant user interfaces with React and Next.js;
• Develop and manage APIs and server-side logic using Node.js;
• Contribute to AI-powered features using LLMs and external AI services;
• Apply agentic, AI-driven development practices in the development workflow;
• Translate requirements into clear specifications before implementation;
• Use specifications to guide human and AI-assisted development;
• Collaborate with infrastructure engineers to deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS;
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability;
• Contribute to improving development workflows, tooling, and code quality;
• Contribute to technical decisions and improve software development and delivery practices.

• Completed HBO (Bachelor) education or equivalent relevant work experience;
• 5+ Years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role;
• Experience with React, Next.js, and modern frontend tooling;
• Experience with Node.js and building APIs;
• Experience with headless CMS platforms such as Sanity, Contentful, DatoCMS, or Strapi;
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS;
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML APIs such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Anthropic;
• Experience with agentic development tools;
• Experience with, or clear affinity for, spec-driven development approaches;
• Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases;
• Strong ownership and responsibility for work;
• Collaborative mindset and clear communication skills;
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies;
• Interest in AI and modern development workflows, including agentic and spec-driven approaches;
• Good sense of design and usability;
• Ability to balance quality, performance, and pragmatism;
• Fluent spoken and written English;
• Nice to have: experience working with Figma and design systems.
