• Own the technical design and architecture of full stack applications end to end;
• Lead a team of engineers through code reviews, mentoring, and improving delivery quality and velocity;
• Write production JavaScript/TypeScript across the React and Node.js stack;
• Drive AI-first development practices using Claude Code and Cursor across the team;
• Work with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions;
• Uphold engineering standards covering testing, CI/CD, code quality, and delivery discipline.

• 7+ Years as a software engineer, including senior-level work;
• 5+ Years as a tech lead or team lead, including code review, mentoring, and ownership of team delivery;
• Expert-level JavaScript and TypeScript;
• Expert-level React, including hooks, component architecture, and state/data layers such as TanStack Query, Redux, and Zustand;
• Expert-level Node.js on the server side;
• Proven ownership of full stack architecture end to end, including system design beyond ticket implementation;
• 1+ Year of hands-on daily experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot;
• Experience with modern build tooling, including Vite;
• Practical experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and code quality gates;
• Fluency with Git, JIRA, and Jenkins;
• Professional-level English;
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills;
• Nice to have: additional programming languages and frameworks, API design and documentation tooling such as Swagger, SwaggerHub, and IBM API Connect, experience in large organizations, especially banking or financial services.
