full stack developer for marketing campaigns

• Consider website development beyond the brief, including commercial aspects and business value;
• Work closely with the Head of Development and the agency’s development team to maintain and evolve development standards;
• Develop designs to an excellent creative standard in collaboration with other delivery functions;
• Build full-stack solutions using WordPress, NextJs, React, SCSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript;
• Develop opportunities to diversify the development product portfolio and expand agency capabilities;
• Deliver accurate, high-quality code with strong attention to detail;
• Adopt and develop the latest techniques and languages and propose exploratory solutions;
• Develop maintainable, scalable solutions and reusable blueprint products;
• Encourage and inspire excellence across development and design teams;
• Record and share lessons learned to support continuous improvement;
• Keep development architecture current and maintain repositories correctly.

• At least 2 years of development experience;
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React and NextJs;
• Understanding of back-end programming concepts;
• Previous experience with WordPress;
• Strong vanilla JavaScript and front-end development skills;
• Experience with HTML, CSS3, and SASS practices supporting responsive design, progressive enhancement, SEO best practices, W3C, and accessibility standards across desktop and mobile web;
• Positive communication, strong work ethic, ambition, and drive.
