full stack developer for GRC SaaS

Andersen is hiring for a project developing a scalable GRC SaaS platform. The European technology customer provides software solutions that help organizations manage complex business and regulatory processes, improve operational efficiency, reduce manual work, and address evolving organizational requirements.

• Extend the generic React/TypeScript interpreter and component catalogue to support new field types, layouts, and actions as modules migrate;
• Implement frontend support for the view-descriptor contract defined by the backend team;
• Transition toward backend work as frontend effort decreases with each migrated module;
• Pick up backend tasks on simpler modules under Lead/Backend guidance and eventually contribute to the schema/view-descriptor layer;
• Align schemas, actions, and permissions across the backend/frontend boundary with the Lead;
• Support contract testing from the frontend side against golden fixtures.

• Have 4+ years of backend engineering experience delivering production projects;
• Have strong full-stack production experience with React, Django, Django REST Framework, and TypeScript;
• Know JSON Schema and config-driven UI patterns, including interfaces driven by structured configuration;
• Understand relational data modelling, REST API design, serializers, validation, and clean data contracts;
• Use automated testing practices, particularly pytest, and understand how to build reliable, maintainable test coverage;
• Be comfortable working in a large, mature codebase and contributing without unnecessarily reinventing established solutions;
• Have English at Upper-Intermediate level or above;
• Nice to have: deep Django REST Framework expertise, experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms, schema- or metadata-driven architectures, JSON Schema, configuration-driven approaches, and GRC/compliance domain experience.
