• Design, build, and ship full-stack features across the JavaScript/TypeScript stack, including the frontend, backend, and database layers;
• Take full ownership of tasks from implementation through testing, code review, and documentation;
• Use AI coding assistants daily to implement tasks, generate tests, debug, and explore the codebase;
• Apply prompt engineering and context management techniques to achieve reliable, targeted output from AI tools;
• Evaluate AI-generated code before merging, confirm its correctness, identify hallucinated logic, and understand every shipped change;
• Connect to cloud infrastructure and third-party services as required;
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning;
• Troubleshoot production issues across the stack, using AI tools to speed up root-cause analysis when applicable.

• 5+ Years of hands-on experience as a full-stack engineer;
• Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript;
• Experience with Node.js and frontend frameworks such as React or Angular;
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, or comparable database systems;
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP;
• Regular hands-on use of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code in production;
• Ability to critically assess AI-generated code;
• Expertise in prompt engineering, including structured prompts, system and user prompts, and context management;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work quickly under delivery pressure;
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher);
• Nice to have: Working knowledge of Python, experience in platform engineering, observability, and reliability engineering, familiarity with system design principles, experience setting up multi-step agentic workflows with multiple MCP integrations, ability to safely manage parallel AI agents using Git Worktree-based sandboxing and design reusable prompts and multi-step agentic flows.
