full stack developer for fashion retail

The company develops digital solutions for clients across industries, including fashion retail, and delivers scalable, production-ready products.

• Build and evolve a new digital product using Java/Spring Boot and React;
• Design solution architecture and make key technical decisions;
• Develop end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and integrations;
• Collaborate with Spanish-speaking stakeholders to define and deliver MVP capabilities;
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality;
• Contribute to product strategy, technical direction, and continuous improvement of the solution;
• Promote engineering best practices and provide technical leadership within the project team.

• 5+ Years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot;
• Hands-on fullstack development experience, including backend services, frontend applications, APIs, and integrations;
• Strong knowledge of React and JavaScript/TypeScript;
• Experience designing and building applications from scratch, including MVPs and greenfield projects;
• Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, scalability, performance, and maintainability principles;
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and modern application architectures;
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor throughout the software development lifecycle;
• Ability to evaluate technical alternatives, create proof-of-concepts, and make pragmatic architectural decisions;
• Understanding of software quality practices, including testing, code reviews, security, and automation;
• Experience collaborating with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment;
• Ability to take ownership, work autonomously, and drive technical discussions and decisions;
• Fluent Spanish at C1 or higher and English at B2 level;
• Nice to have: Experience in retail or fashion retail, cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, containerization technologies, technical leadership, mentoring, acting as a technical reference within a team, building AI-powered products, integrating AI capabilities into applications.
