• Architect and deliver production-grade .NET solutions focused on performance and scalability;
• Lead full-cycle development from requirements analysis through deployment and optimization;
• Engage stakeholders through demo sessions, Agile ceremonies, and technical workshops;
• Champion code quality through rigorous reviews and robust test automation strategies;
• Contribute to business growth through technical estimations, planning, and pre-sales activities;
• Conduct technical interviews, mentor team members, and share expertise at industry events.

• 4+ Years of professional software development experience with .NET;
• Strong experience building REST APIs, including API versioning;
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript;
• Solid understanding of relational databases;
• Hands-on experience with AWS;
• B2 level of English or higher, with experience communicating with English-speaking customers;
• Genuine interest in continuously improving skills and keeping up with new technologies;
• Nice to have: experience implementing ERP systems and knowledge of accounting calculations.
