• Design and develop production web applications using React, Next.js and TypeScript;
• Take ownership of features and technical areas;
• Participate in architecture and system design;
• Lead technical decisions within the area of responsibility;
• Work on migrations from existing technologies to modern web architectures;
• Build and maintain integrations and APIs;
• Work with headless CMS platforms;
• Work with Vercel and cloud infrastructure;
• Use AI tools in the everyday development workflow;
• Improve application performance, reliability and maintainability;
• Review code and provide technical feedback;
• Support and mentor other developers;
• Investigate complex technical problems and propose solutions;
• Work directly with international clients on technical requirements and solutions;
• Contribute to technical estimates and project planning when needed.

• 5+ Years of professional software development experience;
• Strong experience with React;
• Strong experience with Next.js;
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript;
• Solid experience with Node.js and backend development;
• Good understanding of modern web application architecture;
• Experience building and maintaining production applications;
• Experience with APIs and integrations;
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern deployment workflows;
• Ability to take ownership of technical solutions;
• Experience participating in architecture and technical decision-making;
• Ability to communicate technical topics clearly in English;
• Comfortable with AI-assisted development and interested in how AI can change software development;
• Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot or similar tools in the development workflow;
• Understanding of where AI can genuinely improve software development;
• Willingness to experiment with new AI tools and development approaches;
• Ability to combine AI-assisted development with strong engineering judgment;
• Interest in AI-powered products and new ways of building software;
• Willingness to keep learning as AI development tools and practices evolve;
• Nice to have: Experience with Vercel, Sanity, Hygraph or other headless CMS platforms, migrating websites or applications from Webflow or other existing technologies, AWS, Infrastructure as Code including Terraform, observability tools such as Datadog, CloudWatch or New Relic, frontend performance and Core Web Vitals, design systems and modern frontend architecture, CI/CD and automated testing, delivering projects for enterprise clients, previous experience as a technical lead or taking technical ownership within a team, AI-powered products.
