full stack developer for AI applications

Modsen develops software solutions across more than 25 business domains and works with partners from over 20 countries.

• Develop and maintain web applications using Python and React
• Design and implement AI features, including LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, AI assistants, and knowledge base search systems
• Deploy AI/ML services to production
• Develop and optimize AI/ML solution components, including embeddings, rankers, models, and data processing pipelines
• Develop Python back-end services and build React user interfaces
• Contribute to the full development cycle, from architecture design and task estimation to production delivery
• Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain code quality
• Prepare technical documentation for developed solutions
• Collaborate with the team and clients, participate in technical discussions, and estimate tasks

• 4+ Years of commercial development experience, including at least 2 years working with Python and AI/ML
• Strong knowledge of Python and one of FastAPI, Django, or Flask
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, function calling, and streaming
• Experience building RAG systems, including embeddings, chunking, vector databases, hybrid search, and re-ranking
• Experience with LangChain and/or LlamaIndex
• Practical skills in PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, scikit-learn, pandas, and NumPy
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and message queues such as Celery or Kafka
• Experience with Git, Docker, and Linux environments
• Ability to estimate tasks, work in a team, and communicate effectively with clients
• Desire to grow in AI/ML, share knowledge, and contribute to the team’s development
• English at Intermediate (B1+) level or higher
