• Gather, analyze, and align business and system requirements with clients and key stakeholders
• Analyze and optimize business processes, identify business needs, and shape product development proposals
• Prepare and maintain analytical documentation, including business and system requirements, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, specifications, and diagrams
• Model business processes, data, and system interactions using BPMN, UML, ERD, and other notations
• Design system integrations, define APIs, and handle service interactions
• Decompose requirements and support them throughout the development lifecycle
• Collaborate with development, testing, architecture, and product teams to ensure a shared understanding of solutions
• Conduct impact analysis and assess how changes affect existing processes and systems
• Develop business and system analysis practices and implement standards and best approaches
• Manage and develop a team of analysts, and participate in hiring, mentoring, and performance reviews

• 5+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or in a combined BA/SA role
• Ability to identify, analyze, formalize, and support requirements of varying complexity
• Experience analyzing and modeling business processes
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and digital product creation processes
• Experience designing system solutions and integrations
• Experience with REST API and OpenAPI/Swagger, and understanding of service integration design principles
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge and practical use of BPMN, UML, ERD, use cases, user stories, and other analytical artifacts
• Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed system interaction principles
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, development teams, and other stakeholders
• Experience in leadership, mentoring, or managing a team of analysts
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
