• Architect complex client-side business logic and build highly responsive, intuitive UIs;
• Implement server-side logic adjustments using C# and .NET Framework 4.8;
• Tune performance, debug multi-threaded distributed software, and eliminate bottlenecks;
• Integrate the proprietary framework to compile web-standard code into a custom mobile environment;
• Support, optimize, and refactor the existing codebase;
• Identify areas for reorganization to improve stability and execution speed;
• Understand AI model mechanics to integrate AI-powered features efficiently within the proprietary mobile framework;
• Justify technical decisions through business goals and user outcomes.

• Expert proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Webpack, and modern frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue;
• Strong competency in C# and .NET Framework 4.8;
• Experience developing and debugging multi-threaded distributed logic;
• Functional proficiency in T-SQL and SQL;
• Deep knowledge of design patterns, algorithms, data structures, and clean code principles;
• Ability to independently design and evaluate user-friendly interfaces for technicians working in challenging, high-pressure field conditions;
• Fluent written and spoken English;
• Ability to understand AI technologies and models under the hood;
• Professional, direct, and product-oriented mindset;
• Nice to have: Advanced proficiency with dotTrace and dotMemory, commercial experience with ERP or CRM systems, direct experience with Acumatica, experience with Git.
