The company builds an AI-powered news aggregation platform that collects, processes, and delivers technology and AI-related content from multiple sources, combining modern search technologies, semantic search, data visualization, and AI-driven features.

• Build and improve frontend features with a strong focus on UI quality and user experience;
• Implement pixel-perfect interfaces based on Figma designs;
• Develop backend services and business logic using Python;
• Unify and optimize the authentication flow across the platform;
• Design and improve hybrid search including search performance optimization, ranking and relevance improvements, merging keyword and semantic search results, and handling imperfect or incomplete datasets;
• Build graph visualization features;
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases;
• Integrate third-party APIs;
• Measure every implementation using relevance and performance metrics, documenting results in Google Docs and Google Sheets;
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Designer;
• Participate in daily stand-ups and be available during agreed working hours.

• Strong commercial experience with React or Vue.js;
• Experience building production full-stack applications from end to end;
• Strong Python backend development skills;
• Experience implementing complex business logic;
• Solid PostgreSQL database design and optimization skills;
• Experience integrating third-party APIs;
• Strong attention to UI details, UX, component architecture, and performance;
• Ability to work closely with designers and product managers;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency;
• Nice to have: Experience with OpenSearch or Typesense, Experience working with AI-powered applications or semantic search, Experience with search relevance optimization.
