Full Stack Developer

• Guide end-to-end design choices holistically;
• Design and implement intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for clinical trial stakeholders;
• Work with statistical engineers to embed R-based tooling into products;
• Design and implement scalable approaches for managing app artifacts, user management, and activity tracking;
• Build and deploy complex analytical web applications including routing, authentication, and state management;
• Develop end-to-end testing embedded within automated CI/CD pipelines;
• Embed AI to support product design and development with a focus on reliability and explainability;
• Collaborate with end users to learn about requirements and use cases;
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in product design and development;
• Contribute to the analysis of complex problems and implement effective solutions.

• BSc or MSc in a quantitative or computational science field;
• 3+ Years of experience in developing and deploying applications with significant quality and business impact;
• High proficiency in HTML, Javascript, CSS, and React;
• Strong RESTful API development skills using frameworks like Flask, Django, ExpressJS, Hono, or Plumber;
• Proficiency in back-end languages such as Python and R;
• Experience with database design and maintenance, specifically PostgreSQL;
• Experience with testing frameworks like Cypress JS, Jest, Mocha, or Vitest and git-based CI/CD;
• Understanding of software development practices including agile and code review;
• Solution-oriented mindset and collaborative spirit;
• English B1;
• Nice to have: Experience using R for analytical or data-science use cases, exposure to R Shiny, understanding of regulatory requirements like GxP and computer system validation principles, experience with styling frameworks like Tailwind CSS, experience with containers and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift, hands-on experience applying AI and agentic approaches.
