задачи
- Participate in product planning from discovery through deployment;
- Collaborate with Backend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers, and QA specialists;
- Develop robust new features and APIs;
- Continuously improve Deel products;
- Find and fix bugs;
- Ensure customers receive a white-glove experience with Deel products;
- Design, code, test, and maintain applications;
- Advise on best practices and act as a thought leader in the field;
- Take ownership of projects and contribute in a team setting;
- Communicate complex ideas with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Solve customer problems through software development;
- Deliver high-value outcomes for clients.
требования
- Expert knowledge of TypeScript and React.js, including Class Components, Functional Components, and React Hooks;
- Strong knowledge of state management tools;
- Expert knowledge of HTML and CSS;
- Firm understanding of server-side languages, including Node.js;
- At least 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer;
- At least 7 years of experience as a frontend or full-stack developer;
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects;
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly;
- Business-focused approach to software development;
- Nice to have: experience with SaaS products running 24/7 on a major cloud vendor, pixel-perfect application development, experience working in distributed teams, subscription management and access auditing, knowledge of FinTech.
