We're FTMO's platform frontend team: 7 people who own almost the entire frontend of the company. We have plenty of projects, more are coming, and we want every one of them: each is a new chance to grow. We know the goals, so we don't wait for a brief. We work closely with the team, but we write the brief ourselves.
We're looking for a product engineer, not a ticket-clicker. Someone with no walls between frontend, design, product and business, who owns the problem, the trade-offs and the result, and who spots something broken and fixes it before a colleague does.
We're here to help FTMO become a global trading powerhouse. And frontend plays a much bigger part in that than most people think.
Why this might be exactly right for you?
- Ownership of the whole outcome. You don't just implement what someone mocked up. You own the problem, the trade-offs and the impact on the customer.
- You can get a playground you can actually play in. You get space, trust and real projects. Your ideas won't die in a backlog, they'll reach customers.
- AI isn't decoration, it's the baseline. We use it every day: in code, in workflows and in the product.
- Frontend boundaries don't stop us. If you need to reach into the API, the data, the design or a prototype of a business idea, you just do it (or pull in people who know how, and learn from them).
- You're not alone. We work independently, but as one team. We're easily interchangeable, we know each other's code, and communication is our foundation.
