EPAM x Tech Orda is a joint educational initiative delivered by EPAM and Astana Hub to help technology professionals in Kazakhstan develop in-demand digital skills through industry-focused training programs. The program provides front-end development training with AI-assisted engineering practices.

• Participate in instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities;
• Learn front-end development fundamentals and modern web development practices;
• Develop practical skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React;
• Build responsive and mobile-friendly user interfaces for different screen sizes and devices;
• Apply CSS layouts, Flexbox, Grid, animations, transitions, and responsive design techniques;
• Work with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows;
• Develop interactive web applications using modern JavaScript concepts and design patterns;
• Apply asynchronous programming techniques and browser-server communication approaches;
• Learn TypeScript fundamentals, including types, interfaces, classes, generics, and modules;
• Build modern user interfaces using React components, state management, and lifecycle concepts;
• Explore advanced React concepts and modern front-end architecture approaches;
• Apply web performance optimization and best practices for maintainable code;
• Use AI-powered tools and prompt engineering techniques to improve development productivity;
• Participate in practical exercises and real-world web development scenarios;
• Complete a portfolio-oriented capstone project by developing a functional web application.

• No previous participation in the Tech Orda voucher program;
• Complete a technical assessment with a result of 50% or higher;
• Successfully complete the program selection process;
• English at B1+ (Intermediate) level or higher;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Interest in web development and front-end technologies;
• Ability to learn independently and manage study commitments;
• Commitment to completing theoretical and practical program activities;
• Nice to have: Basic knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#, basic understanding of web technologies and software development concepts, interest in user interface and user experience development, familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript fundamentals, awareness of responsive design principles, interest in AI-powered development tools and engineering practices, ability to work effectively in collaborative learning environments, passion for continuous learning and professional development.

• The program runs for 32 weeks;
• The program is delivered in English through a fully online format;
• The program includes theoretical learning, practical assignments, mentor support, project-based learning, and a portfolio-oriented capstone project;
• Eligible participants can compete for a Tech Orda voucher worth 400,000 KZT, making the training fully funded upon successful selection;
• Registration closes on August 13;
• Selected participants will begin the program in October following successful completion of the selection process and eligibility verification;
• Successful graduates may be considered for employment at EPAM if an active vacancy matches their skills, qualifications, and experience; employment depends on business needs, vacancy availability, and successful completion of EPAM's standard recruitment process.
