TradingView is a financial analysis and charting platform used by more than 100M users across 180+ countries. It provides advanced charting, market data, collaboration, publishing, and financial visualization tools for traders, investors, and companies.

• Lead Team Leads, including succession and workforce planning;
• Own delivery across multiple frontend teams, ensuring alignment and predictable execution;
• Drive a data-informed engineering culture through metrics, quality, and efficiency;
• Maintain high standards of frontend architecture and overall technical health;
• Ensure synergy across core products;
• Build and scale an organization of approximately 25 engineers through Team Leads;
• Identify and proactively resolve systemic delivery and engineering issues.

• 5+ Years of frontend experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles;
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript in large-scale systems;
• Deep architectural expertise in build systems, CI/CD, and modular architecture;
• Experience with platforms, design systems, or developer tools;
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence technical direction.
