• Build accessible, performant, and reliable UI components for millions of users across multiple markets
• Use AI development agents to solve technical tasks faster, maintain codebase health, and reduce repetitive boilerplate work
• Keep component documentation, type definitions, and test suites up to date for human teammates and AI agents
• Write comprehensive tests, lead code reviews, and debug production issues, focusing on user experience, web performance, and application architecture
• Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to turn product specifications into engineering tasks and user interfaces
• Participate in internal engineering learning sessions and adopt best practices for AI-driven frontend development

• Integrate agentic tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot into the daily development workflow
• Review, test, and refactor AI-generated code and take accountability for code quality, security, and performance
• Have hands-on proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js or React Router, and Node.js
• Provide clear constraints, component boundaries, and context to AI agents
• Use automated testing, including Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or E2E testing, to prevent regressions
• Understand frontend systems end to end and embrace a “you build it, you run it, you own it” philosophy
• Communicate effectively, collaborate across teams, and share AI tips and prompt/context strategies with peers
