Own the end-to-end frontend experience across web and mobile, from problem shaping through production
Drive complex features from problem analysis and solution design through delivery and iteration based on real usage
Set and evolve technical direction, architecture, patterns, tooling, and developer experience
Partner with product and design to define solutions
Write code in a hands-on role
Mentor engineers and build a team culture focused on quality, speed, and ownership
Use AI to improve team workflows and help develop internal tooling

Proven track record shipping complex user-facing products; web and mobile experience is ideal
Strong product instincts and willingness to challenge solutions that do not feel right for users
Deep TypeScript fundamentals, including component architecture, state management, and performance
Experience mentoring engineers and setting team standards
Ability to work with ambiguity and turn rough problems into shipped solutions
Pragmatic judgment on architecture versus shipping and learning
Comfortable using AI as a force multiplier and actively helping the team improve its use
Candidates who need substantial structure or guidance, default to large rewrites when problems need solving quickly, or prioritize architectural purity over learning from users may not be a fit
