Frontend engineer for AI agents

Join us as a Senior Frontend Engineer (f/m/d), Siemens Energy’s innovative AI platform! You will play a crucial role in building scalable, AI-powered applications that enhance Procurement and business operations. Collaborating closely with product, UX, AI, and backend teams, you will create intuitive React experiences for AI agents, large language models (LLMs), and automation workflows. If you have backend development experience, that’s a fantastic bonus!

• Build scalable, high-quality applications using React and TypeScript
• Design intuitive interfaces for AI agents, LLMs, and automated workflows
• Create reusable components and help shape frontend standards
• Connect applications with AI services, enterprise APIs, and SAP systems
• Ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing delivery as part of an Agile team
• Leverage experience with common backend languages such as Java, C#, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript with Node.js to enhance your contributions

• A Bachelor’s or MasterÖs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Several years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Proven experience in building large-scale web applications and integrating REST APIs
• A solid understanding of frontend architecture, testing, and Git workflows
• Effective problem-solving skills, along with strong English communication skills and teamwork abilities in international environments
