• Develop well-fitting solutions from loosely defined problems, collaborating with others where necessary;
• Apply accessibility principles as an integral part of the development workflow;

• Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Use LLMs responsibly to assist with coding while maintaining control over the development process.

• Deep experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Next.js, Remix, or Vue;
• Expertise in architecting scalable web applications using modern patterns, including server-side rendering and server components;
• Excellent proactive communication skills;
• English at C1 or above for international engineering collaboration, code reviews, technical documentation, and cross-team discussions;
• German at C1 or above for communication with local stakeholders and business partners;
• Nice to have: Python knowledge, energy sector experience, experience in adjacent fields such as Backend, Infrastructure, or UX Design.
