• Collaborate efficiently as a team player and provide timely updates;
• Understand business value and set correct priorities;
• Take ownership of codebase and tasks through to completion;
• Participate in daily meetings, perform code reviews, and follow company standards;
• Create applications with a focus on quality.

• Deep knowledge of JS core;
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript and React;
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS, including semantic HTML and Accessibility;
• Understanding of modern Web technologies (HTTP, WebSockets, Cookies);
• English for work and communication;
• Nice to have: Claude Code or agentic AI experience, unit and end-to-end testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright), web performance analysis (DevTools profiling, Web Vitals), experience with fp-ts library, experience building WCAG a11y components.
