frontend developer for AI-powered healthcare

MEDvidi is an AI-powered mental healthcare platform that provides psychiatric care in the United States. It combines licensed providers with proprietary AI tools to deliver treatment for conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Its technology automates charting, follow-ups, and treatment planning to improve efficiency and clinical quality while allowing providers to focus on patient care.

• Design, develop, and maintain product features end-to-end, from requirements refinement through production release
• Take ownership of existing Angular codebase areas, understand and stabilize them, and improve them without slowing down the roadmap
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code; conduct code reviews, write unit tests with Vitest, and create lightweight design documentation
• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and platform health, including performance, framework upgrades, NX monorepo structure, and CI/CD improvements
• Build frontend features for AI-powered products and integrate AI tooling into the development workflow
• Contribute to continuous improvements in engineering processes and tooling across the community
• Generate ideas, take them through discovery and development, ship them, and own the results after launch

• 3+ Years of commercial experience with Angular; experience with the latest versions is preferred
• Experience owning a product end-to-end, including analyzing metrics to assess its effectiveness
• Strong product and UX judgment; ability to recognize when an interaction feels wrong and propose a better solution
• Fluency in modern Angular, including standalone components, signals, current change detection, and DI patterns
• Advanced RxJS and TypeScript experience in production, including designing and debugging complex reactive flows and working in a strictly typed codebase
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex Angular application architectures at scale, including module and component boundaries
• Hands-on experience with unit testing as a regular part of daily work; Vitest preferred, Jest acceptable
• Daily hands-on experience with agentic AI development, including coding agents such as Claude Code or Cursor, writing effective skills, prompts, and instructions, understanding agent principles, and structuring code and documentation for agents
• Comfortable working across the backend boundary, including writing or fixing SQL queries, adjusting endpoint validation, and tracing issues through the API layer
• Intermediate English (B1+) and fluent Russian
• Full overlap with CET working hours
• Not a fit for candidates who expect others to define what to build, need fully specified ticket queues and a PM/BA to translate requirements, or consider AI coding agents a novelty rather than a core part of modern frontend work
