• Frame business challenges, design algorithms, implement and deploy scalable solutions, and help colleagues and clients adopt AI
• Apply data science methods and analytics to business situations across industries to drive business impact
• Partner with clients across BCG regions and industries to design, build, and deploy solutions on topics such as climate change
• Develop and deliver thought leadership, publish scientific papers, and lead conferences on behalf of BCG X

• Significant experience applying advanced analytics to a variety of business situations and synthesizing complex data
• Deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their mathematical foundations, and ability to translate them into business implications
• Strong project management skills
• Comfortable in a client-facing role and ambitious to lead teams
• Able to distill complex results or processes into clear visualizations
• Able to explain sophisticated data science concepts clearly
• Comfortable building with modern development tools and writing code collaboratively
• Python programming skills
