Engineering Manager (CEM) - Leadership Opportunity

In our 40th year, still owned and operated as a second-generation family business, we take great pride in the quality of service we provide to our clients, and the legacy we leave, improving vital infrastructure for future generations.

After more than 15 years of outstanding leadership, our Engineering Manager is retiring, and we're looking for someone special to take the helm.

This is a rare chance to step into a business-critical leadership role at CML, taking charge of an established team of 6 engineers. You'll shape how we design, deliver, and innovate, while continuing to build a culture our people genuinely enjoy working in.
