• Design and deploy scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and Django (DRF);
• Architect and maintain microservices to ensure high reliability, performance, and security of the backend infrastructure;
• Optimize PostgreSQL and Redis databases and build efficient data models for complex healthcare data flows;
• Integrate internal core systems with third-party medical and insurance platforms;
• Implement unit and integration testing strategies within CI/CD pipelines;
• Collaborate with product managers and the engineering team on system design and code reviews.

• 5+ Years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Python and Django (DRF);
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms;
• Experience building and maintaining microservices architectures;
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, advanced database design, and data modeling;
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and containerized applications with Docker;
• Good experience with Data Engineering, specifically Pandas and SQL;
• Hands-on experience working with AI tools;
• Fluent English;
• Proven ability to work effectively in global, distributed teams;
• Nice to have: Experience with GCP services (Cloud Run, PubSub, GKE) and Kubernetes, familiarity with FastAPI, Celery, and distributed systems, familiarity with front-end development and related technologies/frameworks such as React.js, strong knowledge of security best practices, BSc or MSc in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent, previous experience in Health Insurance or HealthTech.
