• Build and refine predictive models to forecast users’ payment likelihood
• Explore and process large volumes of in-game event data to identify patterns relevant to forecasting
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve user acquisition decisions through model insights
• Manage large datasets to provide timely and accurate insights

• At least 4 years of experience in data science
• Proven experience creating and implementing predictive models related to customer behavior
• Strong Python skills and experience with machine learning libraries, including scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Experience working with large datasets and conducting detailed analyses
• Ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders at all levels
• English proficiency at B1 or higher
• Russian proficiency at B2 or higher
• Passion for game development
