• Design, build, and develop machine learning models;
• Analyze and explore data for analytical and AI projects;
• Cooperate with business teams to define analytical problems and hypotheses;
• Identify and integrate data sources both within the organization and externally;
• Prepare analyses, recommendations, and presentations of results;
• Develop solutions in process mining, churn prediction, fraud detection, and NLP;
• Participate in architecture design and deployment of data-driven solutions;
• Collaborate with technical, product, and business teams;
• Ensure the quality, scalability, and maintainability of created solutions.

• Strong knowledge of machine learning and data analysis concepts;
• Practical experience working with Python and libraries including numpy, scipy, pandas, matplotlib, and ML/AI libraries;
• Strong proficiency in SQL;
• Experience in building and validating ML models;
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to translate business needs into technological solutions;
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders;
• Independence and a proactive approach to problem-solving;
• Ability to present analytical results and recommendations;
• Nice to have: knowledge of Java or Scala, experience with Hadoop and Apache Spark, basic knowledge of DevOps and Linux administration, experience in NLP, fraud detection, or process mining projects, experience in Big Data environments, familiarity with production deployment of ML models.
