• Develop and implement advanced T-SQL procedures and functions for efficiency and scalability;
• Use Databricks PySpark and SparkSQL to integrate data into the Data Warehouse;
• Design and build Power BI reports and dashboards using DAX, Power Query, and advanced data modelling;
• Define and implement best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes to improve efficiency and quality;
• Deliver insights that help the business monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions;
• Create complex DAX calculations and measures to support data analysis;
• Ensure data security and compliance with best practices;
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Power BI reports;
• Ensure the reliability and performance of reports and dashboards for internal and external users.

• At least 4 years of professional experience in an Enterprise environment or 5 years in any industry sector;
• Advanced T-SQL expertise and performance optimization experience;
• Solid experience with ETL processes;
• Experience developing and tuning Power BI dashboards, datasets, DAX, and SQL for optimal performance;
• Proven experience with Databricks;
• Good knowledge of Python;
• Fluency in English;
• Self-motivated, proactive, and autonomous;
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities;
• Commitment to quality and testing excellence;
• Team-oriented and focused on achieving results;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions;
• Nice to have: Powershell, Portuguese.
